full-core parity

This build uses the repaired core modules from mode-layer-v1.1.2: detector, precedence, normalizer, validator, word layers, and registry.

Mode JSON

The API returns the full normalized output: primary mode, available modes, segments, conflicts, word layers, confidence, and issues.

server-side

The browser calls /api/mode/run. The reading happens in Node, not in a light browser demo.
